Note: Coefficients are arrayed from left to right (1,2,3,4,5,.....,19,20,21) as c(10,0), Re c(10,1), Im c(10,1), Re c(10,2), Im c(10,2),....., Re c(10,10), Im c(10,10). Coefficients defined relative to fully normalized complex spherical harmonics. Units are in micro-hertz. To compare these coefficients with those from other studies which present unitless coefficients, divide the coefficients by the degenerate frequency of the multiplet and utilize the appropriate conversion to the real spherical harmonic formulation.
